Refund policy

Return Policy:

  • Our returns policy is for store credit or exchange ONLY.
  • Store Credit does not expire.
  • All sale items are final sale
    • If a discount code of 15% or higher is used on your order, your order is considered Final Sale.
  • Items returned outside of our return window will be refused. On the rare occasion we may accept with a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.
  • All returns must be postmarked or dropped off to our warehouse within 2 weeks of receipt.
  • We do not accept returns on Boosted Tea, originals, customs, support items, intimates, accessories, or lifestyle pieces. Lifestyle pieces include, but are not subject to, cups, mugs, signs, etc.
  • Swimsuits can only be returned if the hygienic liner and tags are still attached.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke/odor-free condition with tags still attached.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping or dropping off the items being returned.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 2 days of recieving. Exchanges and refunds on damages will be handled on a case by case basis as to avoid abuse of the policy.

HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

You can return your item to us at 111 W. Washigton St. Anthony, KS by mail, or drop off. Please attach your name and a note stating what you would like to exchange the item for.

If the item you'd like is available, we can create a new order with a zero balance, or invoice you for the difference. If the item costs less than the original a store credit will be added to your account. Once that is settled your order will be ready for pick up/ shipped out! If it is not available, you'll receive a store credit in the full amount! You'll either receive an email that your order has been created (for the new size/item) or that your account credit has been applied if it wasn't available.

How do I ship a return?

  • Make sure your item is eligible for return by reviewing our return policy.

  • Package your item securely to avoid damage in transit.

  • Be certain your return has your name and order number.

  • Ship the item back to the following address:

How do I drop off a return locally?

  • Make sure your item is eligible for return by reviewing our return policy.

  • Package your item in a bag or box to avoid damage and be certain your return has your name and order number on it.

  • Drop your items in Pronto Tire & Service's waiting room during open hours (8-5: mon-fri). This will be our pick up/drop off location until our front door is cut in on the other side of the building.

What if I used Sezzle at checkout? 

If you used Sezzle at checkout, you will receive store credit for your return. Your payment terms are between Sezzle and yourself.
